NO AC IN LIVING ROOM The space Deena Villa by Tara Staycation is a peaceful 3 BHK getaway surrounded by lush greenery and serene views. The villa features 3 spacious master bedrooms, each with an attached bathroom and private balcony, along with an additional powder room for convenience. Guests can enjoy a huge private pool with an optional temperature-controlled feature available at an additional charge of Rs. 3,000 per day towards electricity expenses. Prior notice of at least 48 hours is required for pool heating. The villa also offers a 70-inch Smart TV with music system for a fun and lively chill setup, a cozy outdoor dining space, a poolside gazebo, and an outdoor theatre for movie nights from 7 PM to 10 PM (not operational during monsoon). This villa also offers EV Charger at additional cost. A basic kitchen is available for light cooking such as tea, coffee, and Maggie only. With ample parking space inside the villa premises and a calm location away from the city rush, Deena Villa is ideal for families and groups looking for a relaxing stay close to nature.

House rules

1. Smoking & Shisha is strictly prohibited inside the villa and green turf. Guests may smoke only in designated smoking areas outside the villa. 2. Balance payment and security deposit if any will be charged immediately on check in. 3. There will be NO REFUND in case of power outage. 4. Pets are not allowed inside the villa. 5. Guests are encouraged to conserve water and electricity by turning off lights, fans, and other electronic devices when not in use. 6. Reusing towels: Guests are encouraged to reuse towels multiple times during their stay to conserve water and reduce the amount of laundry generated. This can be achieved by hanging towels up to dry after use rather than leaving them on the floor. 7. Changing bed linens: Bed linens are typically changed every two days, or upon request by the guest. This helps conserve water and energy used in laundry services. 8. Avoiding staining: Guests are asked to avoid staining towels and linens with makeup, sunscreen, or other substances that may be difficult to remove during laundering. 9. Strictly NO COOKING in the Villa except Tea, Coffee, Maggie. 10. Any damage caused to the villa, its furniture, or any other equipment must be reported to the villa management immediately. 11. Guests are requested to maintain a peaceful atmosphere in the villa and avoid any activities that may disturb the neighbours. 12. Loud music and noise are not permitted after 10 PM. 13. The villa is available for rent only to families or groups of friends. Commercial activities or events are not allowed on the premises. 14. Guests are requested to keep the villa clean and tidy at all times. They are also requested to use the dustbins provided for disposing of waste. 15. The villa management will not be responsible for any loss or damage to guest personal belongings during their stay. 16. Guests must abide by all rules and regulations of the villa and the local authorities. Any violation may result in immediate eviction without any refund. 17. The maximum number of guests allowed in the villa is as per the booking confirmation. No additional guests are allowed without prior permission from the villa management. 18. Check-in time is 1 PM, and check-out time is 11 AM. Late check-out may be subject to additional charges only if possible 19. Guests are requested to respect the local customs and traditions and refrain from any behaviour that may cause offense or disrespect to the local community. 20. The villa management reserves the right to refuse admission or terminate the stay of any guest who violates any of the rules and regulations without any refund.
